Sanford Lake Park boasts 1,100 feet of clean, sandy beach open from Apr.-Sept. Visitors may swim, picnic and fish, among other activities, and kids love the large playground as well as the new Spray Park. Excellent boat launching facilities are also available. Admission charge.
Hours are: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily during the summer season and during daylight hours in the off season.
